Two Decade of Success
            The Wangthong Group (Public) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984 in the spirit of determination and purpose to be part of meeting the demand for basic necessities and infrastructure of Thai people.

PHASE 1: 1984 -1988
Begin with the new concept.
Begin to accumulate practical experiences in the course of running the business of 11 PROJECTS of residential property development in the upper part of Bangkok Metropolis.

PHASE 2: 1988-2003
It was the point of transition to Modern Style that uniquely exclusively of Wangthong Group. It was the phase of laying the foundation for  Wangthong Group Property Project comprising a total of 19 projects: the projects under the prominent concepts by introducing a mega-project characterized by its Composite Community. In addition to developing the project into the Modern Style and some parts of the project has been diversified to the regions.

PHASE 3: 1994 -1996
To create a concept and format for residential project of product differentiation (product diversification) to satisfy the customers’ many needs. In the period of diverse concepts in terms of planning and design of the residential projects with a vision to produce the projects of quality and offer best services to customers as to satisfy the customers’ needs so that they can be proud of what they own.

THE PRESENT
Presently the Company sets up the marketing position under the THINK DIFFERENT DESIGN OF LIFESTYLE BY INNOVATION concept; creates a project image to have unique characteristics integrating prominent art and diverse architectural forms to blend into the unique Wangthong Style. To create the Sense of Places by consolidating prominent points of building the residential project with the creation of added value to increase the prominence of each project.
