Wangthong Group (Public) Company Limited was founded in 1984 from the initiative of Khun Kosol JesadaWARANGUL and family. The company was then trading in timber and operating as an agent for construction materials both in the name of Kosol Timber Trading. He was the promoter of the Company in the Wangthong Group of Companies with foresight and decisiveness. In 1984, he decided to plunge into the housing estate business.  His first housing venture was “Baan Wang Thong” Housing Project. To begin with 25 rai of land, he built 200-unit 20-square wah, 4-meter wide, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse-style project. The townhouse was sold at the price of over two hundred thousand Baht per unit.

The Company then diversified into the property development sector in various designs and formats. At present, there are more than 51 property projects built under the management of Khun Pramote JesdaWARANGUL.  The property project comprises more than 70 % of townhouses; the rest is commercial buildings, detached houses and condominium units. The project was financed by Siam Commercial Bank Plc.
