Furthermore, every house is designed to be orientated to the North and South to avoid hot sunlight. These things are the warmth of life we intend to give

to you with the LINEAR garden or relaxation garden of greenery of about 50 % of the total space of the project. Surrounding with the charms of all the species of plants and trees, you can also enjoy the cool coziness throughout the location, not to mention the channels for jogging, for bicycle ride, children playground, health garden, etc. All theses amenities are separated from the road for safety and the plan was so designed for tranquility free of disturbances or nuisances from passing traffic.
